INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove of garlic (peeled and finely grated or minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 🍋
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon raw honey 🍯
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate the garlic and ginger finely using a microplane or small grater.
- In a small bowl or glass jar, mix the grated garlic and ginger.
- Add in the lemon juice and raw honey.
- Stir everything together until well combined into a smooth paste or syrup-like consistency.
- Store the mixture in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
🕒 HOW TO USE:
- Take 1 teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach.
