INGREDIENTS

  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled and finely grated or minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 🍋
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey 🍯

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grate the garlic and ginger finely using a microplane or small grater.
  2. In a small bowl or glass jar, mix the grated garlic and ginger.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and raw honey.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined into a smooth paste or syrup-like consistency.
  5. Store the mixture in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
