Ingredients
- 1–2 cloves fresh garlic (organic if possible)
- Optional: raw honey, warm water, or olive oil (to help with consumption)
Instructions
- Peel and finely crush or chop the garlic cloves. Crushing activates allicin, the compound responsible for garlic’s natural antibiotic properties.
- Let the crushed garlic sit for 5–10 minutes to maximize its potency.
- Swallow the garlic raw — you can eat it alone, mix it with a teaspoon of raw honey, or stir it into warm (not boiling) water or olive oil.
- Take once daily, preferably with food to avoid stomach irritation.
Note: Garlic can naturally help combat bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, but it’s not a replacement for medical treatment when needed. Always consult your doctor before using garlic medicinally, especially if you’re taking medications or have underlying health conditions.
If you’d like, I can also add a short list of common infections garlic is believed to help with — just say so!
