Ingredients
- 500g beef steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 3 medium potatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
