  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
