Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb crab legs (king or snow crab)
- 1 lb mussels or clams, cleaned
- 1 lb lobster tails, split in half
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Melted butter, for dipping
Instructions
- Boil the Vegetables & Sausage:
- Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and sausage slices, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Cook the Seafood:
- Add the crab legs, lobster tails, and mussels/clams.
- After 5 minutes, add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
- Drain the seafood and vegetable mixture and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine Everything:
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetable mixture, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the boil and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve immediately with melted butter on the side for dipping.
