Ingredients:
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, halved
- 4 ears of corn, husked and cut into thirds
- 1 pound andouille sausage, cut into rounds
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 1 pound clams, scrubbed
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges 1
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Seafood Boil:
- In a large pot, combine potatoes, corn, sausage, shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams.
- Add enough water to cover the seafood and vegetables.
- Add lemon wedges, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the seafood is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the remaining Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Serve:
- Drain the seafood boil and transfer to a large bowl or platter.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables.
- Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges and crusty bread for dipping.
