Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails, split in half
- 8 large scallops
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the seafood: Pat the lobster and scallops dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cook the lobster: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes until they turn bright red. Flip and cook the shell side for another 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
