- 2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
- 8 large sea scallops (patted dry)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
Instructions
- Prepare Lobster & Scallops – Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Season lobster tails and scallops with salt and black pepper.

- Cook Lobster – Place lobster tails flesh side down in the skillet for 3–4 minutes until slightly golden. Flip and spoon garlic butter over the top until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
- Sear Scallops – In the same pan, sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown with a caramelized crust.
- Combine & Serve – Return lobster tails to the pan, drizzle everything with more garlic butter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges.
