Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops dish

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
  • 8 large sea scallops (patted dry)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lobster & Scallops – Pat scallops dry with paper towels. Season lobster tails and scallops with salt and black pepper.
  2. Make Garlic Butter Sauce – In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and zest.
  3. Cook Lobster – Place lobster tails flesh side down in the skillet for 3–4 minutes until slightly golden. Flip and spoon garlic butter over the top until cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Sear Scallops – In the same pan, sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown with a caramelized crust.
  5. Combine & Serve – Return lobster tails to the pan, drizzle everything with more garlic butter, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with lemon wedges.

✨ Perfect served with crusty bread, pasta, or a simple green salad!
