Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1½ cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. Melt the Ingredients – In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in Chocolate – Remove from heat and quickly stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add Nuts (Optional) – If using, fold in chopped nuts.
  5. Set the Fudge – Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
