- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil or butter.
- Pour a portion of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until bubbles form on top and the edges look set.
- Flip the cake carefully and cook for another 3–5 minutes until both sides are golden and the cake is cooked through.
- Remove from the pan, let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
