Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour while whisking to avoid lumps. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with a bit of oil or butter if needed.
- Pour the batter into the pan and cover with a lid.
- Cook on low to medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, or until the top sets and the bottom is golden.
- Carefully flip (or if too delicate, finish cooking covered without flipping) and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, and enjoy plain or topped with syrup, fruits, or cream!
