Fruity Tapioca Jelly Drink recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup small tapioca pearls
  • 1 packet flavored jelly (strawberry, mango, or lychee recommended)
  • 1½ cups mixed fruit (fresh or canned – like mango, lychee, pineapple, strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 2 cups cold milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Optional: basil seeds or chia seeds (soaked)

Instructions

  1. Cook tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Prepare flavored jelly as directed on the packet. Let it set, then cut into small cubes.
  3. In a large glass or jar, layer the bottom with cooked tapioca pearls.
  4. Add jelly cubes and mixed fruit on top.
  5. Pour in the milk or coconut milk. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
  6. Top with crushed ice and optional soaked basil or chia seeds for extra texture.
  7. Stir before drinking and enjoy with a wide straw or spoon!
