Ingredients
- ½ cup small tapioca pearls
- 1 packet flavored jelly (strawberry, mango, or lychee recommended)
- 1½ cups mixed fruit (fresh or canned – like mango, lychee, pineapple, strawberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 2 cups cold milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Optional: basil seeds or chia seeds (soaked)
Instructions
- Cook tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Prepare flavored jelly as directed on the packet. Let it set, then cut into small cubes.
- In a large glass or jar, layer the bottom with cooked tapioca pearls.
- Add jelly cubes and mixed fruit on top.
- Pour in the milk or coconut milk. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
- Top with crushed ice and optional soaked basil or chia seeds for extra texture.
- Stir before drinking and enjoy with a wide straw or spoon!
