Frozen Lemons Say ‘Goodbye!’ to Diabetes, Tumors, and Obesity

Ingredients

  • 2–3 organic lemons (washed and dried)
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Optional: honey or ginger (for taste, if using in drinks or teas)

Instructions

  1. Wash and Freeze:
Thoroughly wash your organic lemons. Dry them with a clean cloth or paper towel. Place the whole lemons in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze overnight (or at least 6–8 hours).
  2. Grate the Frozen Lemons:
Once completely frozen, take out a lemon and grate it whole — peel, pulp, seeds, and all — using a fine grater or zester. The zest contains essential oils, and the whole fruit has maximum nutrients.
  3. How to Use:
    • Sprinkle: Add the grated frozen lemon to salads, soups, yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, or tea.
    • Baking: Mix into muffins, cakes, or pancakes for extra zest.
    • Tea or Water: Stir into hot tea or plain water for a refreshing boost.
  4. Storage:
Keep leftover grated lemon in an airtight container in the freezer for easy use anytime.

Tip:

Lemon peel is rich in antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins — freezing helps you use the whole fruit without waste!
