Fried Potatoes & Onions Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Prep:
    • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
    • Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Cook:
