Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits. Slice, dice, or chop them into bite-sized pieces.
