Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruit. Slice or chop larger pieces to bite-sized portions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and orange.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime (or lemon) juice until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
