Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruit. Slice or chop larger pieces to bite-sized portions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and orange.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime (or lemon) juice until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve cold and enjoy!
