- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup) and lemon (or lime) juice.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
