Ingredients

- 4 small cucumbers, sliced

- 1 bunch radishes, sliced

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar

Instructions
- Place the shredded cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and radishes.
- If using, add the green peppers.

- Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
