This traditional homemade remedy combines pineapple, eggs, and sugar to create a fermented enzyme drink believed to support joint health and digestion. INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole fresh pineapple (peeled and cut into chunks)

- 1 clean, dry glass jar with lid
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the pineapple and cut it into small chunks.
