Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- ½ cup warm water
Instructions
- In a blender, add warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and egg. Blend for a few seconds until combined.
- Add warm water and instant yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Gradually add flour and salt, blending in short pulses until a smooth dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
