- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)

- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
- ½ cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, grapes, and banana.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, mix whipped cream with sour cream (or yogurt) until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the fruit and fold gently until everything is well coated.
- Sprinkle in shredded coconut and nuts if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
