Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a blender, combine milk, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Pulse a few times until fully incorporated. Do not over-blend.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
