Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F/43°C)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yeast:
    • In a small bowl or in the blender, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast.
    • Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Blend Wet Ingredients:
    • In the blender, add the yeast mixture, oil, and eggs.
    • Blend for 30–60 seconds until well mixed.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients:
    • Pour the liquid mixture into a large bowl.
    • Gradually add flour and salt while mixing with a spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead:
