🥒 Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced, with peel if organic)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (or a small piece of fresh turmeric)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1–2 cups cold water
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or stevia (for taste)
🥤 Instructions
- Add the cucumber, lemon slices, grated ginger, mint, and turmeric to a blender.
- Pour in the apple cider vinegar and cold water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the drink using a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Tip:
Drink daily for at least 7–10 days to begin feeling the effects. Hydration, digestion, and natural detox will improve significantly.
