Flat belly detox drink


🥒 Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 lemon (sliced, with peel if organic)
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (or a small piece of fresh turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1–2 cups cold water
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or stevia (for taste)

🥤 Instructions

  1. Add the cucumber, lemon slices, grated ginger, mint, and turmeric to a blender.
  2. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and cold water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the drink using a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.
  5. Pour into a glass and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.

Tip:
Drink daily for at least 7–10 days to begin feeling the effects. Hydration, digestion, and natural detox will improve significantly.
