1. Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped herbs (parsley, basil, or dill)
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before using to enhance flavor.
5. Spicy Chipotle Ranch
Ingredients:
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tsp lime juice
