Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crab Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the Bombs: Take a tablespoon of the crab mixture and form it into a small ball. Repeat until all the mixture is shaped.
- Coat the Bombs: Roll each crab ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Fry the Crab Bombs: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the crab bombs and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Remove the crab bombs from the skillet and drain them on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
