Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup warm water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon natural aloe vera gel (for extra hydration)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, dissolve the baking soda in the warm water and mix well.
- (Optional) Add the aloe vera gel and stir until fully combined.
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and pat dry.
- Soak a clean cotton pad in the baking soda water solution.
- Gently wipe your face with the soaked cotton pad, focusing on areas with fine lines and wrinkles. Avoid the eye area.
- Leave it on for about 2–3 minutes. You may feel a slight tingling sensation.
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry with a soft towel.
- Follow up with your favorite moisturizer or facial oil to lock in hydration.
Note:
Use this remedy 1–2 times per week only. Always do a patch test first to make sure your skin doesn’t react. Baking soda is alkaline and can be harsh if overused — moderation is key!
