Instructions
- Soak chia seeds: In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with water. Let them sit for 15–20 minutes until they form a gel-like consistency.
- Add aloe vera gel: Stir in the aloe vera gel until fully blended with the chia mixture.
- Add optional ingredients: If using, mix in honey and vitamin E oil for enhanced moisturizing and anti-aging benefits.
- Apply to face: Use clean fingers or a brush to apply the mask evenly to your face, avoiding the eye area.
- Let it sit: Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes. You’ll feel it tightening as it dries.
- Rinse off: Gently rinse with warm water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.
- Moisturize: Follow up with your favorite facial moisturizer or serum.
