Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for 15–30 minutes, allowing the seeds to form a gel-like consistency.
  2. Once the gel has formed, add aloe vera gel and mix thoroughly. If using honey and rose water/vitamin E, add them now and stir again.
  3. Cleanse your face thoroughly before applying the mask.
  4. Apply the mask evenly to your face using clean fingers or a brush. Avoid the eye area.
  5. Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes or until it dries and tightens on your skin.
  6. Gently rinse off with lukewarm water, pat your skin dry, and follow up with a moisturizer.
