Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel (pure)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional for added hydration and antibacterial benefits)
- A few drops of rose water or vitamin E oil (optional, for soothing and nourishment)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine chia seeds and water. Stir well and let it sit for 15–30 minutes, allowing the seeds to form a gel-like consistency.
- Once the gel has formed, add aloe vera gel and mix thoroughly. If using honey and rose water/vitamin E, add them now and stir again.
- Cleanse your face thoroughly before applying the mask.
- Apply the mask evenly to your face using clean fingers or a brush. Avoid the eye area.
- Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes or until it dries and tightens on your skin.
- Gently rinse off with lukewarm water, pat your skin dry, and follow up with a moisturizer.
💡 Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
⚠️ Note: Always do a patch test first to ensure you don’t have any allergic reactions, especially if you have sensitive skin.
