- 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (or deli turkey/ham)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese (or hummus for a lighter option)
- 1 cup fresh lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
- 1 small cucumber, sliced thin
- ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or your favorite sauce (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese (or hummus) over each tortilla.
- Evenly divide the shredded chicken on top.
- Add lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese if using.
- Drizzle a bit of mayo or sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Slice in half diagonally or leave whole.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in foil/plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
