Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (or deli turkey/ham)
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese (or hummus for a lighter option)
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced thin
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or your favorite sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese (or hummus) over each tortilla.
  3. Evenly divide the shredded chicken on top.
  4. Add lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber slices.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese if using.
  6. Drizzle a bit of mayo or sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
