  • 350 g flour
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.
  2. Pour in the boiling water gradually while stirring with a spoon or chopsticks until the dough starts to come together.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic, about 5–8 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 20–30 minutes.
  5. After resting, divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin circle or oval, depending on your preference.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium-high heat (no oil needed).
  8. Cook each roll for about 1–2 minutes on each side, or until golden spots appear and they puff slightly.
  9. Serve warm! Perfect with dips, wraps, or alongside your favorite lunch or dinner dishes.
