Ingredients
- 175 ml boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 350 g flour
- 20 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the flour and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in the boiling water gradually while stirring with a spoon or chopsticks until the dough starts to come together.
- Add the vegetable oil and knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic, about 5–8 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 20–30 minutes.
- After resting, divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball into a thin circle or oval, depending on your preference.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium-high heat (no oil needed).
- Cook each roll for about 1–2 minutes on each side, or until golden spots appear and they puff slightly.
- Serve warm! Perfect with dips, wraps, or alongside your favorite lunch or dinner dishes.
