- 2 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or sliced)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- ½ cup lettuce (shredded)
- ½ tomato, diced (optional)
- 1 small cucumber, sliced thin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or mustard for extra flavor
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep the Tortilla: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread the Base: Spread a thin layer of mayo or cream cheese across the surface of each tortilla.
- Layer Ingredients: Evenly divide and layer the chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper. Add hot sauce or mustard if desired.
- Roll it Up: Starting from one side, tightly roll the tortilla into a wrap.
