- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the veggies: Wash and slice the cucumbers and onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
