Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and chopped dill.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, honey (if using), garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss well to coat.
- Let the salad sit for at least 10–15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
