- 2 cups shredded cabbage (green or Napa)
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber, red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and salt to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice if using.
- Toss everything together until well mixed and evenly coated.
- Serve immediately for a fresh crunch, or chill in the fridge for 15ā30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
