- 1 lb ground meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 cup carrots, onions, and celery (mirepoix), finely diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the mirepoix (carrots, onions, celery) until softened. Add ground meat and cook until browned.

- Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and the filling is bubbly.
