Easy Salmon Mornay Pasta Bake Recipe

This comforting and creamy salmon mornay pasta bake is perfect for weeknight dinners. Packed with tender salmon, al dente pasta, and a rich cheese sauce, it’s a family favorite that’s easy to prepare and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 300g pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your choice)
  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
