Easy recipe for Sugar-Free Condensed Milk using just 3 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered erythritol (or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional for richness and thickness)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and powdered erythritol.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 30–40 minutes or until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens to a condensed milk consistency.
  4. If using, stir in the unsalted butter during the last 5 minutes of simmering to enhance creaminess and flavor.
  5. Once thickened, remove from heat and let cool. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
  6. Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate. Use within 1 week.

✨ Tips:

  • Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  • You can add a dash of vanilla extract after removing it from heat for added flavor.
