Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French onion soup mix  
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain well.
