These buttery, garlicky, and cheesy knots are the perfect appetizer or side dish. They’re easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into strips, about 1-inch wide.
  4. Tie each strip into a knot: Gently roll a strip, forming a loop. Tuck the end through the loop, then tuck the other end through the opposite side of the loop. Gently tighten to form a knot.
  5. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve warm.
