Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup halved grapes (red or green)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and well blended.
- Gently fold in the crushed pineapple, strawberries, grapes, marshmallows, and nuts if using.
- Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan or casserole dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
