Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert, in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix everything together until fully combined and sticky.
  3. Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, shape the mixture into small balls or bars.
  4. Roll each piece in additional desiccated coconut to coat.
  5. Place the formed pieces on a plate or tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Optional: You can drizzle with melted chocolate or dip half of each piece in dark chocolate for a delicious twist!
