Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert, in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and salt.
  2. Stir well until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky mixture.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat.
  5. Place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
  6. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
