Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert, in 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, your choice)
  • 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using. Mix well until everything is fully combined and sticky.
  2. Shape into balls: Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Coat (optional): Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a prettier finish and added texture.
  4. Chill and serve: Place the balls on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 10–15 minutes to set.
  5. Enjoy! Serve chilled and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
