Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and salt.
- Stir well until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky mixture.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls using your hands.
- Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat.
- Place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
