- 1 can (14 oz / 396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Extra shredded coconut for rolling (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using. Mix well until everything is fully combined and sticky.
- Shape into balls: Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Coat (optional): Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for a prettier finish and added texture.
- Chill and serve: Place the balls on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 10–15 minutes to set.
- Enjoy! Serve chilled and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
