Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any thick plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, sugar, and olive oil together until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 6–8 equal pieces and shape them into rolls.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
