Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl until they’re light and fluffy, about 5 minutes with a hand mixer.
- Add honey to the eggs and continue beating until well combined.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold it into the mixture until there are no lumps. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
