- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup pastel M&M’s (Easter-themed)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Easter sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s, and white chocolate chips (if using). Gently mix in sprinkles.
- Scoop dough using a tablespoon or cookie scoop onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
