Ingredients

Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add the grated ginger and orange peel to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the drink into a cup.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and stir in the honey if using.
