- 1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- In a mug or teapot, add the dandelion root/tea bag and grated ginger.
- Pour 1 cup of hot water over the herbs.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, covered.
- Remove the tea bag or strain out the solids.
- Stir in lemon juice, turmeric, and honey if using.
- Drink warm, once or twice daily.
