Drink This Tea and You Will Never Have Swollen Legs, Ankles, or Feet Again! Coriander Remedy

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for taste

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let the tea cool slightly.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired for flavor.
  7. Drink this tea once or twice a day, especially in the morning and before bed.
