Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 cups water
- Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the tea cool slightly.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired for flavor.
- Drink this tea once or twice a day, especially in the morning and before bed.
