Instructions
- Rinse the coriander seeds under running water.
- In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add ginger or lemon if desired.
