Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose green tea)
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Few drops of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil Water:
    Bring 1½ cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add Coriander Seeds:
    Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water and let them simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add Green Tea:
    Turn off the heat and add the green tea bag (or loose tea). Cover and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Strain and Serve:
