Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose green tea)
- 1½ cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Boil Water:
Bring 1½ cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan. - Add Coriander Seeds:
Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water and let them simmer for 5–7 minutes. - Add Green Tea:
Turn off the heat and add the green tea bag (or loose tea). Cover and let it steep for 3–5 minutes. - Strain and Serve:
Strain the tea into a cup. Add honey and lemon juice if desired for taste and extra health benefits. - Drink:
Enjoy this tea warm. For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily, especially in the morning or evening.
